Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Flourish Craft Studio's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Services

Flourish Craft Studio provides web development, design, and digital strategy services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Flourish Craft Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. For client projects, intellectual property rights will be defined in the project agreement.

Project & Payment Terms

For contracted projects, the following standard payment terms apply:

• Flat-Rate Pricing: Projects are billed at the flat rate of the selected package, with no hidden retainers or hourly fees, unless extra features outside the original scope are requested.
• Upfront Deposit: A 50% upfront payment is required to reserve your project slot and initiate strategy and design work.
• Final Payment:The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon project approval and must be paid before the final site is launched or transferred to the client's domain.
• Assets & Content: Development timelines begin only after the client has provided all necessary content, copy, images, and brand materials.
• Scope Adjustments: Any changes or additions to the project scope after kick-off may result in adjustments to the timeline and additional flat fees.

Limitation of Liability

Flourish Craft Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
